Q: What are your thoughts on concealed carry on campus?
A: I personally do not agree with it. I obviously think school cops should be able to carry their weapons because it is part of their job.

Q: How does the concealed carry on campus effect/not effect you?
A: The idea of actual students carrying weapons scares me because it then makes more guns accessible on campus for other uses that aren't safety.

Q: What are your final thoughts you want to share on the issue?
A: I know that this law is supposed to act as a deterrent, but if someone is crazy enough the law isn't going to stop them.

Q: What do you think are benefits to the concealed carry law?
Bryan Parks, 29, TDA Member
A: I am for concealed hand gun licenses there's people every day who save people's lives because they have a gun on their person.

Q: What do you believe to be gained from concealed carry on campuses?
A: I believe that the rate of school shootings has potential to decrease with this law in effect. Teachers should be allowed to carry guns if and only if they are licensed to do so and if the gun is securely store.

Q: Is there anything else important you would like to add?
A: I just want to say that it is our right as Americans to protect our property and our family.
