Hennings hails from Tyler, TX, but has lived in Houston and, more notably, Aberdeen, Scotland for six years.
Hennings used to be a business major before switching and ultimately choosing journalism, which he hopes to curtail into a reporting job writing articles about the constantly changing and growing world of video games with the publication, Game Informer.
A few of his favorite titles are Batman: Arkham City, Fallout 3, Pokemon Crystal, and the God of War series.
When he's not studying or gaming, he can be found working at the Embassy Suites hotel here in SM.
